Corporate bookings go smoothly when the schedule is clear before the day. Use this checklist to pull the details together, then share the final version with your chauffeur and anyone else involved in hosting your guests.

• Purpose of the booking. Client hosting, a team event, a roadshow between meetings or a VIP visitor.
• A timed run sheet. Every pickup, meeting, meal and drop-off, with addresses and the time each one starts.
• Passenger numbers. One limo carries up to 10 guests. Book both for up to 20.

• CBD pickups. Kerb space in the city is tight for a stretch limo. Agree a clear pickup point, such as a hotel driveway or a quieter side street, rather than a busy main road.
• Waterfront dinners. The Viaduct Harbour, Wynyard Quarter and Britomart are close together, so a group can move between them quickly. Plan a drop-off point that suits the venue.
• Business districts. Offices in Newmarket, Penrose and East Tamaki are a short motorway hop from the city outside peak times. Allow more time at rush hour.
